Insight Global is looking for a full time/direct hire ENTRY LEVEL Assistant Project Manager at a large electrical power/construction company in North Palm Beach, FL - offering competitive starting salary, benefits, and advancement opportunity. The Ideal candidate will be a recent graduate of an accredited 4-year university, who studied/interned/worked in/is interested in construction management and/or project management within the engineering/construction fields.

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the project management of construction engineering projects across a mix of customers. Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers while ensuring field operations are supplied with pertinent contractual information necessary to perform all work per specifications in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner. The APM is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently. 6 week field rotation is required.

Looking for:

• Ability to work 40 hours a week, typical daytime hours in North Palm Beach, FL - NOT PART TIME OR HYBIRD/REMOTE. Comfortable working majority in office, but possibility to go into the field every 6 weeks.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
• Completed Bachelors Degree or higher (preferred fields of study are construction management, engineering management, business management, or logistics/supply chain, etc.)
• Graduating GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: ability to compose technical documents, formal letters, etc. and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Strong computer proficiency: MS Office, Excel, Power BI, etc.
• General understanding of Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Plus and Unit contract pricing mechanisms
